What is the difference between Resort Services and Public Services?
All property owners within Vale do Lobo are required to contribute towards Resort Services, provided through Vale do Lobo Algarve and Public Services, which are provided through Infralobo E.M. (These services should not be confused with condominium fees which are only applicable to owners of apartments).
The contribution of all property owners is essential in ensuring that the high standards of Vale do Lobo are maintained, to increase quality of living, security and property values – a vital element for each individual property owner.
Resort Services comprise: 1. Security, CCTV room monitoring and first aid; 2. Daily door to door collection of domestic refuse; 3. Reception facilities; 4. Provision for renovations, alterations and/ or services imposed by law, by the local authorities or government on the infrastructures and networks in the resort. 5. Beach refurbishment; 6. Administrative costs;
The services are invoiced by Vale do Lobo (Serviços) on an annual basis.
Public Services are connected with the operation, maintenance, cleaning and conservation of the resort, namely: 1. Road, footpaths, access ways and adjacent areas; 2. Common areas and parking zones; 3. Beach cleaning; 4. Treatment and pumping stations for sewage networks; 5. Water supply and sewerage system networks; 6. Public sanitary installations and ἀre hydrants 7. Public domestic and garden refuse collection.
The services are invoiced by Infralobo, E.M., on a monthly basis together with the water consumption charges.
How can I pay my Proprietors Club Account?
Several options are available for ease of payment:
